All cancellations must be communicated to us in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation requests made within the specified timeframe mentioned during booking may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside the allowable timeframe or for no-shows. We reserve the right to cancel bookings under unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.
